2. Advance Payments

Advance payments are generally non-refundable once project work has commenced.

3. Eligibility for Refund

Refund requests may be considered if:

  • Work has not yet started.
  • PKD Visual Craze is unable to deliver the agreed service.
  • A duplicate payment has been made.

4. Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Completed projects.
  • Approved designs or deliverables.
  • SEO services already performed.
  • Graphic design work after concept delivery.
  • Ecommerce setup and customization work already completed.
  • Website maintenance services already rendered.

5. Project Cancellation

If a client cancels a project after work has begun, any refund amount will be determined based on the portion of work completed.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible and may take 7–14 business days to reflect.
